Welcome the newest additions to our dynamic Mortgage Innovations team! We’re excited to introduce four talented professionals ready to elevate your financial experience.

First, meet Eric Rogic, our Customer Care Manager. Eric will expertly manage our amazing client database, handling fixed-rate expiries, top-ups, loan switches, and all post-settlement matters with precision. Eric says, “I am passionate about finance and find joy in assisting people to achieve their dreams! After your home loan settles, you’ll get to know me as I handle everything post-settlement. I’m here to address any questions you might have, manage all aspects of fixed rate expires, and switches, and ensure your ongoing satisfaction!”

Next, Karen Web joins us as a Client Service Manager. Karen brings a wealth of experience, stating, “Having spent the majority of my career in the Banking and Finance industry, specifically supporting Mortgage Brokers, my priority is ensuring our customers feel comfortable and confident throughout the home loan process. I have a genuine passion for working with people and assisting them in achieving their property goals. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is making that exhilarating phone call to clients and announcing, ‘Your loan has been approved!’ I also enjoy a good laugh and a joke or two in the office!!”

Savannah Less also joins us as a Client Service Manager. Savannah’s expertise will guide each home loan application seamlessly from inquiry to settlement, ensuring a smooth process. Savannah shares, “I have been in the Mortgage Broking industry for over five years. I enjoy guiding customers through complex processes, from application to settlement, and handling the entire loan submission process with lenders. One of the highlights of my role is calling clients to inform them their loans have been approved. Helping families achieve their financial goals and build wealth is incredibly rewarding.”

Then we welcome Yvette Van Wegen as our friendly Receptionist. Yvette’s warm presence will greet clients, handle incoming calls, and coordinate appointments with ease. Yvette says, “I enjoy meeting new people and making people feel welcome. I am the first person you will meet when you come to our office and the first person you will hear when you call. My number one priority is to ensure that your experience is enjoyable right from the start and I can’t wait to meet you!”
