Wow, what a day! Last week, the Mortgage Innovations team set out for the annual Christmas party. Seriously, it was next-level fun.
We started off by jumping on a bus (no boring driving for us!), and honestly, the excitement was through the roof from the moment we left the office. Our first stop was Tweed River House, and we were spoilt! The lunch was incredible; delicious food, lots of laughs, and the kind of team bonding you can’t manufacture in a boring meeting room. But here’s where it got even better – the team then headed to Husk Distillery for what they called “Husk at Dusk”. Gin tastings? Check. Awesome lawn games? Totally. Live music? You bet! It was like the perfect work party that didn’t feel like work at all. We were playing games, trying some amazing local gin, and just having a blast.
As an award-winning team, we know how to celebrate, and this party proved it. We’re not just colleagues – we’re basically a work family. By the time we made it back to the Gold Coast, we were all buzzing with stories, inside jokes, and some seriously great memories. Not to mention how spoilt we were with the weather! It was a perfect day all around.
Mortgage Innovations always knows how to throw a party, and this year? We absolutely nailed it. Can’t wait to see what next year brings!
