I’ve spent more than 15 years in the finance industry and have helped hundreds of people secure finance for homes, cars and assets by writing over $500 million worth of loans. Our multi-award-winning family-owned local business continues to grow because we care about making your dreams a reality.
I have been in the banking and finance industry for over 10 years and have a true passion for achieving people’s property dreams. I care about my customers and my number one priority is to give them an enjoyable and stress-free experience on their journey of owning a property.

I have been part of the business for over 6 years and have filled different roles during this time. My main responsibility is now behind the curtain. I look after the marketing and branding of our business and the overall office operation. I love my job as I get to be creative in my role and no day is the same.
Client Service Manager
With over 40 years of experience in the finance industry, what I love most is helping clients to reach their goals. That can be anything from being able to purchase the property of their dreams, to making their financial life easier to deal with.
I work with our clients every day to maintain open communication with them so they’re up to date on their loan(s). That means providing regular feedback throughout the application process, right up to settlement and continuing throughout the lifetime of their loan.
Commitment to our clients is my number one priority: if you’re happy, I’m happy!
Client Service Manager
Sometimes loan paperwork can be tricky and complex, so I really enjoy helping our clients by making it easy for them. From application to settlement, I take care of the loan submission process with lenders.
One of my favourite parts of my role is calling clients and letting them know their loan is approved. It’s especially exciting when it’s a first home buyer or someone purchasing a home, because I love to see our clients achieve their goals.

Coming from a customer service background, I get an absolute thrill in ensuring all clients that I work with get the best possible customer experience. Getting to know clients over the course of their pre-approval, purchase or refinance journey makes settlement that much more exciting!
Working in such a tight knit team means coming to work is fun everyday!
I am the first person you will meet when you come to our office and the first person you will hear when you call. My entire work life I have been in customer service, and my number one priority is to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable arrival experience when they come to see us.
