Our team is passionate about supporting the community that has given back in many ways. And as a family-owned business, this community isn’t just where we work—it’s our home. That’s why we make it a priority to give back through regular charitable initiatives and involvement in local Varsity Lakes and wider Gold Coast community events and organisations.
One of the causes closest to our hearts is fighting hunger and homelessness. We make a monthly financial contribution to Serving Our People, a Gold Coast charity devoted to feeding those experiencing homelessness. But we don’t just write a cheque —our team also regularly volunteers in the Serving Our People kitchen to lend a hand in preparing and serving meals to our community. We also recently attended the annual Serving our People (SOP) luncheon with the team, which was wonderful. (pictured above)
We also aim to brighten lives through fun community events unique to Varsity Lakes and the wider Gold Coast area. Every year, we buy a table at the annual Gold Coast Charity Ball and treat some of our valued mortgage broker clients to an enjoyable night out as our guests. It’s our way of saying thank you while supporting an important local.
In our own backyard of Varsity Lakes, where our mortgage broker office is headquartered, we operate a face painting stall at the local markets. We cover all the costs so children can get their faces painted for free, giving local families a chance to make joyful memories together as they enjoy the markets.
Whether lending a hand to the less fortunate or just putting smiles on children’s faces, we are honoured to give back to the community that means so much to us as a local, family owned mortgage broker business.
